It's RLS!

Have you ever experience the unpleasant sensation in your legs when you are sleeping?
Don't you feel irritated when you have to move your legs frequently to stop the unpleasant sensation?
Don't panic!

 This problem is one of the common sleeping disorders which can be cured.
It is known as Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS).



What is Restless Legs Sydrome?
RLS occurs when your body start to relax, especially at night when you are going to sleep.
You will feel the aching, tingling and icthing in your legs for hours.
These unpleasant sensation interfere your sleeping hours and you will end up feeling tired on the next day.

What are the symptoms?
1- The feeling of itching and tugging in your legs
2- Legs pain occurs at night, or at any time when you start to relax your body.
3- There's  legs movement (jerking) when you are sleeping.
How to stop RLS when it attacks?
1- Do some legs strecthes and exercises.
2- Get up and walk around for 5-10 minutes.
3- Massage your legs.
4- Soak your legs in a hot basin.
5- Apply hot/cold packs to your legs.

What you have to do to avoid RLS?
1- Stick to your regular sleep schedule.
2- Say no to Alcohol and Cigarettes
3- Daily exercises (jogging, walking).
4- Consider vitamin supplements (vitamin B).
